Ordering an item from The Cide official merchandise? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We guarantee the shipping within 48 hours, but we do not assume any responsibility for possible delivery delays caused by our delivery services.
Privacy & Security
The Cide official merchandise knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we're not in the business of selling customer information. Many spammers and spoofers use programs that randomly generate e-mail addresses, in the hope that some percentage of these randomly-generated addresses will actually exist.
Returns & Replacements
You may return most new items sold and fulfilled by The Cide official merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Ordering
Placing an order with The Cide official merchandise is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.) You can also place an order as “guest” but in that case we will not assume any responsibility for wrong data inserted (like address, name, surname, etc.)

If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in Your Account. Here you will find updated availability information, estimated delivery dates.

You can edit your account information (email, shipping address, etc.) in any moment (you can’t change the shipping address if the shipment is already departed.).
